I am honored
to share that I have joined the American Heart Association’s Long Island Go Red
for Women Executive Leadership Team.
Heart
Disease is the leading cause of death in women all over the world. My
“Why” is for my grandmother who died of heart disease at the age 69 and
to empower my two daughters to live long healthier lives.
The
Executive Leadership Team members serve as heart and stroke champions of the
American Heart Association. It’s no longer just about wearing red or sharing
heart healthy facts. It’s about all women making a commitment to stand
together with Go Red and take charge of their own heart health as well as the
health of those they can’t bear to live without.
Together we
can help change and save lives.
