Please help me raise money for the American Heart Association mission.

The American Heart Association funds research to find cures and treatments for heart diseases and stroke and creates guidelines for treating heart related illnesses and improving the quality of patients lives.  The American Heart Association helps to train each new generation of Doctors, nurses and other health care providers to deliver state-of-the art care and treatments.

It is my honor to be recognized this year, along with my partner, Dr. John M. Crean at the annual Hamptons Heart Ball.  We humbly ask that you consider a donation to help advance the programs and mission of the American Heart Association so that, together, we can continue to improve the quality and quantity of our patient's lives.
